Contact Centre Analysts

BIRGER. covers 9 territories in the Indian Ocean Islands (IOI) and East Africa. Our 3 core services, Technology-Security-Resiliency, leverage on our cumulated know-how and experience gained since 1953. 

We are recruiting Contact Centre Analysts to work in our Network Operations Centre (NOC). The ideal candidates should have real interests in working in Technology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      

  • Attend all stakeholders’ requests by any means of communication recommended by BIRGER.
  • Support and assist all Business Units involved with NOC.
  • Follow-up on planned interventions with all stakeholders.
  • Plan and assign interventions to technicians.
  • Follow-up on all incidents until resolution.
  • Log all incidents on our NOC platform.
  • Draft incident reports as and when required.
  • Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Make outbound calls to relevant stakeholders for incident resolution while ensuring customer loyalty.
  • Maintain stakeholders’ database up-to-date.
  • Attend training as and when required.
     

EXPERIENCE | SKILLS | QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least One year of experience in IT/ Contact Centre environment
  • IT Certifications will be an advantage
  • Soft skills in communication is a MUST
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to practically apply the associated principles and practices
  • Able to work on shift system if required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written (English and French) communication skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent team spirit
