Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance contract sales
- Sell maintenance contracts
- Meet sales targets
- Stay informed of product life cycle
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers
- Follow up customer complaints with technical team
- Prepare sales reports
- Maintain and update customer databases
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum HSC
- At least one year in a similar position, preferably in ICT sector
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft communication tools
- Valid Driving Licence
