Sales Representative

Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance contract sales
  • Sell maintenance contracts   
  • Meet sales targets
  • Stay informed of product life cycle
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers
  • Follow up customer complaints with technical team
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer databases
 
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum HSC
  • At least one year in a similar position, preferably in ICT sector
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target oriented
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft communication tools
  • Valid Driving Licence
