Introduction

BIRGER. is proud to send its 4th group of staff to complete the "Certificate in Management Development", the yearly leadership programme delivered by Charles Telfair Institute. It was with much enthusiasm that the staff enrolled for this year training attended the launch presentation. 
 
The leadership programme includes the usual 12 modules covering management, communication, customer service and marketing among others.
