Jacques is the Chief Executive Officer of BIRGER. since April 2007, a technology company operating in the Indian Ocean region and East Africa.

He has worked several years for De Chazal du Mée, Chartered Accountants, gaining expertise in various economic sectors. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, University of Westminster, London and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) – ACA, Corporate Finance.
 

Kavish Dussoye is the Executive- Technology and Services at BIRGER. In this role, he is part of the Management team to support the company's Technology core service, its development strategy and cross-functional delivery of professional Services in the Region. Kavish looks after our business units, Technology partner ecosystems, and customers and oversees project delivery.

Prior to his role as Executive- Technology and Services, Kavish worked as a Systems Engineer Between 2009 and 2013 in the Enterprise systems and solution department providing Professional Services on various Enterprise infrastructure technologies.  In 2014 Kavish was promoted to Pre-Sales Senior Systems Engineer where he worked closely with his customers by advising them on new technologies in the market and the best solution for their environment. He was also responsible for mentoring and coaching the junior Engineers. In 2015 He eventually evolved as Technical Lead and Assistant Head of Enterprise Systems and Solutions, where he led the technical team, assisting the Head of BU in operations and managing the customers.  

 In 2017 Kavish was appointed to take another leadership responsibility to oversee and reconstitute the Network and Security Business Unit. He was accountable for the overall business unit sales, operations and strategy development. Kavish was also responsible for numerous strategic project implantation in IOI and Africa, covering Systems and Network Infrastructure refresh, Data Governance and Cyber Security. 

Kavish is a proven young leader with more than 12 years of experience managing diverse technology portfolios and strategies and working closely with stakeholders and technology partners to drive innovation at BIRGER. He is a graduate of the Université des Mascareignes, holding a DUST in Information Technology, holder of numerous technical certifications and an MSc Holder in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University.
