BIRGER. Cyber Security Report 2020

BIRGER. is pleased to announce the publication of its Cyber Security Report 2020.

This report has been prepared following our 4th Cyber Security Survey carried out during the fourth quarter of 2020. The objective of our survey is to enhance the Cyber Security posture of our region. 291 respondents from 200 organisations across 13 countries participated in our survey this year.

Although 2020 has been a year of exceptional challenges, our survey showed an overall progression in the Cyber Security maturity level of organisations, sectors and countries. This year, for the first time, our report provides an analysis of the Non-Banking Financial Sector for the Indian Ocean Islands.

As detailed in our report, BIRGER. CYIndex 2020 for the Indian Ocean Islands is 77 and for Africa is 76.
