BIRGER. is an essential service provider to banks, insurance, retailers, telecommunication operators and public sector.

BIRGER. Technology Operation Centre is fully operational although Mauritius being in lockdown since 10 March 2021. Our Technology Operation Centre in Valentina-Phoenix offers all its Cyber Security and Resiliency services on a 24/7 basis.

Our employees have been granted their Work Access Permits (WAP) to attend our site. We are welcoming our clients to our Replication site, our Data Centre and our Cyber Defence Centre. Cyber-Resiliency Consulting services and Training are being provided remotely.

In these uncertain times we are taking all sanitary measures, as recommended by Mauritian authorities and World Health Organisation, to ensure continuity of our business and services to accommodate our clients.

BIRGER. has taken all required steps and measures to protect our clients, colleagues and suppliers following the Covid-19 outbreak in the region.

The health and wellbeing of our colleagues and clients is our primary focus as we continue to operate as normal, as long as permitted by local authorities. We are following sanitary guidelines and social distancing, as recommended by relevant authorities and World Health Organisation.

All precautionary measures have been taken to ensure there is no disruption to our services during the Covid-19 lockdown. For each country, each site is being segregated from the other to ensure operational resilience. Our services will be provided continuously as far as permitted by the local authorities.
