BIRGER. End-of-Year Office Closing Dates

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that our offices will be closed on 24, 30 & 31 December 2024 and 3 & 6 January 2025.  Work will resume on 7 January 2025.

Please note that four days will be deducted from your local leaves for 2025: half day on 24 & 31 December and full day on 30 December 2024 and 3 & 6 January 2025.

CDC, CMU and NOC will be operational.
 
Employees who are required to report to work or on standby during that period, should:
•    Continue to report to their place of work.
•    Remain at their place of work until the next shift reports to work.
•    Provide support to customers upon request.
•    Report any emergency situation with immediate effect to their respective Head of BU.
