Employee Declaration Form (EDF)

Kindly do needful to complete your Employee Declaration Form (EDF) for the income year ending June 2026. The form can be completed online at the following site: https://eservices.mra.mu/edf/loginEdf

Please ensure to correctly enter the employer name, which is one of the following. If unsure, please check with your Head of BU.

After entering your details, please select the option to have a copy of the form to be sent to you by email. Once you have received the copy, kindly send it to Denis Gallet by mail denis.g@birger.technology.

Important notes:

• The deadline for submission is Monday 15th August 2025. For those who do not submit the EDF form, the same EDF form as last year will be used and you shall be solely responsible for any incidence that could potentially arise on the PAYE.
• The PAYE deductions for the payroll of August 2025 will take into account your new EDF and the deductions in the July 2025 payroll.
