HR Consultant Appointment and HR Audit

Dear Colleagues,

As part of our ongoing engagement to strengthen our HR strategy and ensure our practices continue to support both our people and our business objectives, BIRGER. has appointed external HR consultants, Ms. Melissa Prosper and Mr. David Legrigore, to assist us in this process.

In the coming weeks, the consultants will conduct an HR Audit to review our current HR practices and gather insights directly from employees. To obtain a proper sampling for this Audit, the HR Consultants will select staff members from different BUs based on their levels, gender, and years of service. They will reach out to the selected individuals directly to arrange the interviews.
