Dear Colleagues,

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, we are currently updating our staff database.

We kindly request each of one you to provide your:

1. Current residential address, and
2. Next of Kin details (full name, relationship, and contact number).

This information is important to ensure that our records remain complete and reliable for administrative, communication and emergency purposes.

Please submit the requested details to hr@birger.technology by the 28th November 2025. 

For any future changes, please inform us accordingly to ensure our records are accurate.
