BIRGER. New security and Access Procedures

Dear Colleagues,

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen security across our premises, we are pleased to inform you that BIRGER. will be onboarding a new security service provider SecurityPlus, effective 1 February 2026, at our Technology Operation Centre in Phoenix and our Business Centre in Forest Side.

The security guards have been fully briefed on our internal access control procedures and will be responsible for managing and monitoring access at our premises.

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:

1. Visitor Pre-Notification:

• All visitors must be registered for access at least one day in advance and security guards should be notified as per our access control policy. Visitors should provide a copy of their IDs or passports for registration. 
• In cases of emergency, maintenance personnel will be allowed access within short notice subject to approval of authorized persons as per the access control policy. 

2. Employee Access Cards
    All employees are required to:

• Present their access card to security when entering the premises; 
• Keep their access card clearly visible at all times while within the premises.
