BIRGER. Corporate Access Card

In view of finalising our Corporate Access Cards, we will organise a new set of photo shoots in August from 9:00am to 11:30am in our offices on the following dates: August 21 in Port Louis, August 22 in Phoenix, and August 27 in Forest Side.

PHOTO SHOOT PLAN:  to streamline the process, each Head of Business Unit is requested to send to Jocelyne, by Monday 19 August, the list of their staff on either one of the proposed slots.

GET-READY GUIDELINES: to ensure that you are best prepared for the photo shoot as per BIRGER. Dress Code Guidelines, communicated to you through our Dress Code PartnerIT module, please adhere to the following:

• Gentlemen:
  • Clothing: Dark colour suit |  Neutral white shirt | Plain dark colour tie
  • Health: Short hair and closely shaved moustache and/or beard

• Ladies:
  • Clothing: Dark colour suit |  Neutral white shirt
  • Health: Attached or loose hair (keep hair away from your face).

• Accessories: Understated jewellery and no religious accessories.

• Makeup: Opt for natural look, use a translucent powder to prevent shine.

• Glasses: If you wear glasses, please ensure they are clean and free from glare. You might consider removing them if comfortable for you.

• Facial Expression: Have a good rest on the eve of the photo shoot. Aim for a natural, relaxed facial expression with a gentle nice smile. Rest assured that the photographer will provide you with proper recommendations on the D-day.

• Timing: to make things easy for everyone and to minimise delays, please arrive promptly at your scheduled time slot as finalised with your Head of BU.
