Cyclone Preparedness Checklist for your Business

The annual cyclonic season in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR) has officially started on the 15 November 2024 and shall run until the 15 May 2025. 

With a second cyclonic system identified, and already affecting the Mascarene islands, it is essential to prioritise the safety and security of your business and property. By taking preventive measures now, you will be well-prepared for a swift resumption of business activities following any potential disruptions.

We strongly recommend that your business identifies all its critical processes as well as its recovery times. It is also important to review and test your contingency plans and conduct awareness campaigns so that employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities during disruptive events.
