At BIRGER., TRAINING is at the core of our strategy. Our online training platform, Partner'IT, is designed for our employees. It provides ongoing training to employees and also serves as induction for new recruits.
Our engineers and technicians, across our territories, benefit from technical training through our PARTENARIAT program. Our objective is to train them to become specialists in their respective fields.
Our employees participate in training and seminars abroad. We collaborate with educational institutions, who are our trusted partners, to provide management training to our employees.
With the view to provide our employees with more flexibility and closer engagement with our stakeholders, BIRGER. has adopted new working policies: BIRGER. Ways of Working (B.WOW) which is in line with our growth and digital transformation.

Communication you can Trust
We have created the NewsIT. brand for our official communication channel. Since its launch, we have shared over 200 articles and announcements in our region. Our communication strategy drives us to go beyond our commitment to proximity services. We conduct awareness campaigns, communicate on emerging and disruptive threats, as well as trends and developments in our areas of expertise. It is an important investment, but it ensures that our stakeholders maintain and reinforce the trust they have in us.
We organise events across our region, such as multi-day SummITs, conferences, presentations, webinars, and training sessions. These events can be in-person, online, remote, or hybrid.
