BIRGER. Mth Floor - Metaverse Corporate Virtual Office

BIRGER. is pleased to announce the official launch of "BIRGER. M^th Floor", its virtual office in the Metaverse, a new immersive experience to enhance connection and collaboration. 

The immersive 3D office project was collaboratively crafted by a team of subject matter experts, including strategists, programmers, interior decorators, and marketers.

Visitors can walk around the virtual office, interacting with ISIA, BIRGER.’s bot, for assistance. The office is made up for now of different areas namely reception, lounge, meeting room and work spaces.

Corporate presentations are also projected on large screens, for visitors to have a better understanding of BIRGER.’s offerings.

While the virtual office is currently only a showcase, BIRGER. expects that its office in the Metaverse will have a positive impact on its operations to engage and connect with all its stakeholders internally and externally to:
•    Run virtual job fairs and interviews; 
•    Provide onboarding, training and off boarding facilities; 
•    Encourage collaboration between hybrid workers from all over the Eastern African region;
•    Enhance Communication; 
•    Manage its employees scattered across the Eastern African region; 
•    Meet its customers, deliver demos and organise events as a new delivery channel;
•    Manage all its regional offices and property facilities.
